About Victory Van Corporation

About UsVictory's origins date back to 1928 when our founders started Federal Storage Company of Washington, D.C. Victory has grown to become a diversified relocation and storage specialist, serving your domestic and international needs in the fields of air, sea, road and rail movement.

A Company Who Cares - Community Support

We feel it is important and may be of value to emphasize our community involvement as a corporate citizen. Clearly, we derive our welfare from the community and we feel it is extremely important to continuously make a similar contribution.

Victory was one of the first major employers in the City of Alexandria to be recognized for its environmental programs and subsequently received an award from the Washington Metropolitan Area Council of Governments for our programs.

The most prestigious award Victory has received is the FIDI Environmental Award. This award is bestowed by the International Federation of International Furniture Removers, headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, which represents over 2,000 moving and storage entities worldwide and Victory was the first recipient.

The award is given to the one moving and storage company in the world who has demonstrated that it has dedicated its efforts, policies and operational procedures towards reducing our industry's negative impact on the environment. Victory was singled out for this global recognition for its intensive efforts in utilizing environmental friendly products, reducing the impact of its fleet operations and its recycling efforts.

The company has been actively involved in leadership of many of our community's non-profit organizations and business associations. And, over the years, we have provided substantial support in the form of direct contributions and complimentary services.
